A forum where a group of dynamic and highly interactive youth who have found a field for meeting various challenges The challenge of reviewing and understanding the Quran in a frank, free and open forum The challenge of finding the means to feed and clothe some of LA's hungry and homeless The challenge of helping some of the less fortunate Children in hospitals and group homes The challenge of inviting renowned speakers and organizing lectures and symposiums on provocative subjects of interest to youth of the 21st century

The IMAN CYPG is involved with many recreational, social, cultural and religious activities. Over the past 4 years the CYPG started its Friday Night Quranic studies. Al'hamduillah (Thanks are due to God) the Quran was read, discussed, analyzed and concluded in the Summer of 2002. Insh'Allah (God-Willing) we are in the process of our third reading of the Holy Qur'an. The CYPG includes students and young professionals who have been intrigued by the world around them and seek answers to their many questions. IMAN has given them an environment where they can freely discuss topics ranging from Islam, to spirituality, to Iran. The CYPG over the years has been involved with homeless feedings, Habitat for Humanities, the organization of Chahar-Shambe Suri, and held many symposiums on the month of Ramadan, Woman's Rights in Islam, Rumi, and Gandhi. Many picnics and potlucks have also been organized. Please feel free to attend this exciting, challenging, and educational environment. NAMI, Networking Association for Muslim Iranian-Americans, is the first and only Networking Association for Muslim Iranian-Americans. NAMI, is dedicated in providing an atmosphere for Muslim Iranian-American College Students and Young Professionals to network. Our goal is in creating a strong network of professionals to facilitate the growth of our community, especially in the realm of “civil service”, “government”, “education”, “the arts”, “philanthropy” and “business”.
